In March 2012, Stephen provided the narrative commerical voiceover for the upcoming HD video game release of JET SET RADIO, based on the the popular SD release of the same name, which played on Sega's Dreamcast Console in 2000.

In February of 2012, Stephen played the role of 'Simon' in the dramatic comedy feature motion picture MY FUNNY VALENTINE, starring Tom Payne (Michael Mann's LUCK on HBO) and directed by John Bevilacqua, writer and director of the dramatic feature film BOARDWALK POETS, starring Daniel Baldwin (PAPARAZZI, MULHOLLAND FALLS).

Stephen played 'Garth Ancier' in the thriller feature ELEVATOR, starring Academy Award-nominee Shirley Knight (AS GOOD AS IT GETS) and John Getz (David Fincher's THE SOCIAL NETWORK and The Coen Brothers' BLOOD SIMPLE), in theaters in the late winter of 2012.

In February of 2010, Stephen Wozniak played the lead role of hip of rock n’ roll singer ‘Drake’ in the comedy television series pilot SILVER LAKE, directed by John Bevilacqua.

Stephen Wozniak also played the role of ‘Steve Varner’ in the gripping, realistic, day-in-the-life ensemble, award-winning dramatic feature, STATISTICS, executive produced by Michel Shane (Steven Spielberg’s CATCH ME IF YOU CAN and I, ROBOT). STATISTICS was released theatrically and on DVD in January of 2009.  

Stephen also starred in Steve Balderson’s (Director of FIRECRACKER, described by critic Roger Ebert as ‘Brilliant.’) PHONE SEX, along an ensemble cast that includes Margarert Cho (FACE/OFF, THE RUGRATS MOVIE), Jane Weidlin and Penn Jillette (Disney’s TOY STORY and Norman Mailer’s TOUGH GUYS DON’T DANCE). Available on DVD in early 2007. 

Stephen also played the role of ‘Avraham’ in the controversial 20th CENTURY FOX historical feature film, COLOR OF THE CROSS, helmed by director and actor Jean-Claude La Marre (Spike Lee’s MALCOM X, BASQUIAT, FRESH). COLOR OF THE CROSS was released in select movie theatres nationwide in October of 2006 and on DVD in 2007. 

Stephen Wozniak also played the exceptional and terrifying starring role of ‘Frankie,’ across from Kevin Gage (Michael Mann’s HEAT, Ridley Scott’s G.I. JANE, BLOW) and Sage Stallone (DAYLIGHT, ROCKY V), in the brutal true-crime feature film CHAOS, a re-make of Wes Craven’s classic, LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT, which played in select movie theatres nationwide in August and September of 2005. (“I cannot ignore it, nor can I deny that it affected me strongly. The movie works.” –ROGER EBERT, “CHAOS is well-shot and convincingly acted.” – TV GUIDE, “CHAOS comes at us with unrestrained intensity and reacquaints us with our humanity.”  – CHICAGO HERALD). Made available on DVD in September 2006.

Stephen also starred as ‘Jesus Christ’ in the controversial, primetime, national, double-Emmy-Nominated ® History Channel special, BEYOND THE DA VINCI CODE, which challenges Dan Brown’s best-selling historical novel, THE DA VINCI CODE. The program was produced by Tom Quinn, directed by Will Ehbrecht and premiered in HD format in January 2005.

Stephen reprised his role as ‘Jesus Christ’ on ABC’s late-night comedy talk show JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE in late August of 2005. His commercial spoof sketch was directed by actor and director Alex Winter (BILL AND TED’S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE, THE LOST BOYS).

Stephen played the role of outlaw boat racer ‘Rocker,’ in the feature action film, THE ELIMINATOR, executive produced by Beau Rogers (Academy Award-winner © GODS AND MONSTERS, Sally Field’s LABOR PAINS), based on the infamous Richard Connell short story on human hunting, THE MOST DANGEROUS GAME.

Stephen also co-starred as ‘Jack’ in the internationally-released thriller feature, EXORCISM, starring Tony Burton (HOOK, ROCKY I-VI, Stanley Kubrick’s THE SHINING), Jack Donner (MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, STIGMATA), and Brian Patrick Clarke (GENERAL HOSPITAL, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS).

Stephen also played 1960’s legendary high-octane rock n’ roll singer ‘Mitch Ryder,’ of The Detroit Wheels, on the controversial season finale of NBC’s acclaimed, primetime Emmy Award-winning, coming-of-age drama, AMERICAN DREAMS, starring Will Estes, Joe Lawrence and Brittany Snow. Stephen’s episode, “CITY ON FIRE,” also featured special guest star singer Kelly Rowland of Destiny’s Child and aired in May of 2003.

Additionally, Stephen co-starred as prime suspect ‘Stan Montrose’ on the CBS police drama, THE DISTRICT, opposite Jonathan LaPaglia (NEW YORK UNDERCOVER, Woody Allen’s DECONSTRUCTING HARRY) and special guest country music star, Lee Ann Womack. Stephen’s episode, “BACK IN THE SADDLE,” premiered on the Saturday CBS sweeps spot in February of 2003.

The Discovery Channel-Animal Planet original feature film HOPE RANCH, which co-starred Stephen as ‘Waxy,’ debuted across the country and internationally in September of 2002. The cast included Bruce Boxleitner (TRON, DOUBLE JEOPARDY, SCARECROW AND MRS. KING), Lorenzo Lamas (GREASE, FALCON CREST, RENEGADE) and Gail O’Grady (NYPD BLUE, AMERICAN DREAMS, DEUCE BIGALOW).

In May of 2002, Stephen also guest co-starred as the alien ‘Latia,’ in the STARTREK: ENTERPRISE episode “TWO DAYS AND TWO NIGHTS” on UPN. The episode was directed by STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION star Michael Dorn and featured series leads Connor Trinneer and Dominic Keating. “TWO DAYS AND TWO NIGHTS” went on in 2002 to become a winner of the 54th annual national Emmy Awards ®.

Stephen co-starred in the SHOWTIME original series, MY FIRST TIME in “NELDA AND PATRINA,” as rock star ‘Candy,’ and in “LAURA AND BRIDGET,” as ‘Russ’ in 2004.

Other films of note, in which Stephen has been a cast member, include the independent feature DOWN THE BARREL, with Luke Perry (SHOWTIME’S JEREMIAH, BEVERLY HILLS 90210) and veteran comedian Marty Ingels; the harrowing crime thriller feature, THE ART OF A BULLET, opposite Hawthorne James (SPEED, THE FIVE HEARTBEATS) and 70’s superstar Leif Garrett (Francis Ford Coppola’s THE OUTSIDERS); and the Broadway-based comedy feature film by Charles Busch, PSYCHO BEACH PARTY, with Beth Broderick (SABRINA, THE TEENAGE WITCH), Thomas Gibson (Stanley Kubrick’s EYES WIDE SHUT, ABC’s DHARMA AND GREG) and Amy Adams (Steven Spielberg’s CATCH ME IF YOU CAN).

Stephen’s professional theatre career includes roles in such plays as THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL, THE NUTCRACKER, IN THE SHADOW OF THE GLEN, CORPSE!, TOUR, BECKET, and NOTHING SACRED, among others, in such venues as The Studio Theatre, The Baltimore Museum of Art, The Stella Adler Theatre and the renowned Theatre Project.

Stephen has also done work as an actor in national commercial campaigns, music videos, industrials, voice-overs, performance art, museum films, live music shows, public television projects and has been a radio host. He studied at The Johns Hopkins University and The Maryland Institute, where he earned a dual degree in fine/performance art and art history. He is also a writer of fiction and screenplays, as well as a director of music videos.

Stephen is a founding producing partner of Inevitable Film Group, which develops and produces original feature films and new media. Several projects under the IFG banner include Clyde Hayes’ (Academy Award-winning Robert Altman’s THE GINGERBEAD MAN) true crime comedy ROCKET MEN; Ron Montana’s (Simon West’s upcoming epic THE SAILMAKER) street drama, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DAY AND NIGHT and award-winning novelist Scott Nicholson’s (THEY HUNGER, THE HARVEST) supernatural thriller THE MANOR.

Stephen also heads Hazmat Pictures, a full-service branded entertainment media production company, which has recently partnered up with ZOO Film’s executive producer Jan Wieringa (Ridley Scott and Associates, HBO, Handmade Films) to create innovative short-form media projects for corporate and network clients.

In his spare time, Stephen continues his life as a fine artist and sculptor, as well as furniture designer and crafter, amongst other creative endeavors.
